Mandatory SPKA Ruling & ACT

SPKA (Sistem Pengawasan Kebakaran Automatik) is a mandatory system under the Akta Perkhidmatan Bomba 1988 (Akta 341) and Perintah Perkhidmatan Bomba (Premis Ditetapkan) 1998 [P.U.(A) 276/1998]. It functions as a direct communication channel to JBPM for rapid emergency response and is required CCC, FC (Fire Certificate) or OP (Occupation Permit).

SSM Certificate of Incorporation (Form 9) OR Form 6 (Certificate of Establishment of the Joint Management Body) OR Building/property ownership document.
Letter of Authorisation (for Fire Contractor).
